Sunday Ride – Gisborne – 29th April 2018

19 riders Assembled in Gisborne this morning for today’s ride.  Weather conditions were cool and cloudy with a southerly wind blowing. When the cloud cover cleared riding conditions were nice and warm.

4 riders rode the longer ride and the remaining 15 rode versions of the medium ride. 6 rode a modified version by not climbing Waterfalls Road and the Baringo Loop. Riders on the long ride also rode a shortened version due to Dave not being able to pass close by the cafe without stopping. All rides enjoyed a tail wind early in the ride. The return portion into the wind was mainly in tree cover and was not a big issue.

After the ride all members were together at the cafe and the usual good chatter was had before we all headed home.
