Sunday Club Ride – Woodend -27th December 2020

28 members arrived in Woodend this morning for today’s ride. Weather conditions were warm with a strong northerly wind blowing which strengthened during the ride.

12 riders rode the medium ride, 11 rode the faster long ride, 4 rode the medium pace long ride. One rider rode Ashbourne Road and back having ridden up the mount earlier. The sections of the ride into the wind were mainly downhill and then riders had the tail wind back to Woodend for the last portion of the ride. This made all rides ridden at a fast pace.

Back at the cafe it was the usual chatter and refreshments before heading home.
