Bellarine Rail Trail Ride – 6th April 2014
14 riders traveled to Geelong on the 6th April 2014 to ride the Ballarine Rail Trail from Geelong to Queenscliff. All riders excepting one started from Geelong and one rider started from Drysdale with the ride commencing at 10.00am. A great day for riding with ideal weather conditions, approx 25 degrees with a nice light Southerly breeze which increased in strength for the return ride which meant a tail wind on the way back.
An enjoyable lunch was had in Queenscliff before starting the return journey. Riders got back to their respective starting point at about 3.00pm and then proceeded to make the journey back home.
An highly enjoyable day was had by all.
