10 riders assembled in Woodend this morning for today’s ride. Conditions were cold and windy 4 riders rode south to Baringo and returned over Mount Macedon, 6 riders rode a 40km loop to Newham, Carlshrue, Russell’s Road back.
Light misty rain began to fall at the commencement of the rides. We kept the ride distance short just in case weather conditions got worse. We had a head wind for the first half of the ride and a nice tail wind back to Woodend.
Once in Woodend it was into the warmth of the cafe for refreshments and a chat before heading home.
