Thursday Social Ride – Woodend – 27th July 2017

4 riders turned up this morning for today’s ride. Conditions were very cold with a strong North Wind blowing.

Good to see Bruce back riding with us again after his overseas working gig. Today was his first road bike ride in over 12 months. We rode a 38km shortened version of our normal Thursday ride cutting out Chases Lane Loop. Conditions made the first part of the ride a struggle into the wind however we enjoyed a good tail wind back to Woodend.

Once back at the cafe it was good to enjoy the warmth, company and refreshments before  heading home.
