Thursday Social Ride – Woodend – 21st December 2017

6 riders arrived in Woodend this morning to do battle with the elements. The weather was cool with a brisk south easterly wind blowing. We rode one of our usual 52km loops out to Newham via Bryces Lane, Chases Lane, Batters Lane back to Woodend.

5 riders rode the full loop and 1 rider who had not ridden a lot lately rode a shorter loop by not riding Chases Lane. The weather soon warmed up quickly and a good ride was had by all members.

Back at the cafe it was the usual chatter and refreshments before heading home.
