Thursday Club Ride – Woodend – 5th March 2020

3 foolhardy members arrived in Woodend this morning for today’s ride. Weather conditions were misty with rain threatening. As it was not raining at the time we commenced the ride.

By the time we reached the end of Boundary Road we had drizzle beginning.  We then decided to modify the ride and rode out to the Carlshrue roadhouse. As we approached the roadhouse the rain began to get heavier and we turned back to Woodend along Cheveley road and Russells Road for a distance of approx 27kms.

Following the ride it was into the warmth of the cafe for refreshments.
